Guillermo A. Grecco, Esq.

Guillermo Grecco is a founding partner and owner of Calimano & Grecco, PLLC, representing individuals and families in immigration, federal, and family law matters. Having practiced across two countries and multiple jurisdictions, Guillermo brings a broad legal perspective and a strategic, solutions-focused approach for every client he has the privilege to serve.

Licensed in Florida, Massachusetts, and Panama, Guillermo is also admitted before several federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He holds two law degrees, including an LL.M. in Global Law and Technology from Suffolk University Law School. His extensive background helps him approach complex cases with careful preparation, strong advocacy, and insight into how different areas of law may affect a client’s circumstances.

Guillermo’s experience includes removal proceedings, asylum and bond matters, federal habeas litigation, motions, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trials. He knows clients often seek legal help during uncertain, important moments. His priority is to make the process understandable, explain each client’s options, and develop a clear strategy tailored to their goals.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Guillermo works closely with clients and families from diverse backgrounds. He believes effective representation requires preparation, accessibility, honesty, and commitment to the person behind the case. Francisco Calimano, Esq.

Francisco is a bilingual attorney at Calimano & Grecco, PLLC, representing individuals and families in immigration matters. He provides thoughtful, zealous, and personalized legal representation to people navigating an often overwhelming immigration system.

A native Spanish speaker and son of Puerto Rican parents, Francisco understands the cultural, linguistic, and family considerations that often shape an immigration case. He believes every client deserves to understand their options, participate meaningfully in decisions about their future, and receive advocacy grounded in respect and compassion.

Before focusing on immigration law, Francisco served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, which serves Brevard and Seminole Counties. He handled criminal cases from arraignment through trial, evaluated evidence, worked with witnesses, and litigated in a fast-paced environment. That prosecutorial background strengthened his ability to prepare thoroughly, communicate persuasively, and advocate effectively in high-stakes proceedings. Francisco earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School, concentrating on trial advocacy. Baylor’s program emphasizes practical courtroom training in case preparation, examinations, hearings, and trials. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida.
